“Foundations of Restorative Justice” is an 8-hour training series that builds on the learning from "Intro to RJ (Racial and Restorative Justice)". Participants dive deeper into how the core assumptions and restorative values (roots), self care/internal work, creating collaborative agreements, checking in, communication for connection (trunk), and the restorative process (branches), get us to restorative outcomes of healing, relationships, and accountability (leaves and fruit) in education settings. This is an opportunity to grow in your Restorative Journey by participating in group activities/discussion, building relationships with folx in your cohort, and self reflection on your practice.
